Mothers Talking

Motherhood is a journey filled with joy, challenge and most of all change.  A journey that brings many new feelings ranging from exhilaration and love, to exhaustion and isolation.  During this time, women long to talk with other women about the joys and challenges of parenting infants and young children.  Mothers Talking provides a supportive, caring place to talk, laugh, problem solve, create support and connect with others on the journey of motherhood.  

Women's Psychotherapy Group

An on-going depth group psychotherapy experience for women focused on relationships, marriage, divorce,  parenting, balancing career and family, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, fertility, and other issues unique to women throughout their life span.
Meets:  Wednesdays - 10 a.m. - 12 noon
     Thursdays - 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Cost:  $95.00 per session

From Music to the Self

A group experience using music as the primary form of exploration, expression and integration.  An opportunity to open to creativity, inner wisdom and positive internal resources, while connecting with oneself and others through free improvisation with instruments and/or voice, music listening, movement, and/or Guided Imagery and Music.  Since music is experienced in all parts of the self ( physically, emotionally, neurologically, cognitively, and spiritually)  no previous music experience or skill is necessary to fully participate in this group.  Just open to the music.  Just invite the music in.

Group meets the first Thursday of each month
7 p.m. - 9 p.m.
$60.00  per group

Seminar In Integrative Psychotherapy

           This seminar offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Integrative Psychotherapy and relationally based counseling and psychotherapy in a small workshop setting. Participants will be introduced to the theory and methodology of Integrative Psychotherapy, which can be applied to a broad variety of clinical settings and client populations.  Lecture, discussion, experiential work and case supervision are used to teach concepts and the application of Integrative Psychotherapy.  Qualified participants may choose to continue with advanced study and supervision, and apply for the credential Certified Integrative Psychotherapist, through the International Integrative Psychotherapy Association. The is seminar is open to Mental Health Professionals, Creative Arts Therapists, Expressive Arts Therapists, and other qualified health care providers.  Participants must hold a professional license in their field or be matriculating in a program leading to professional licensing in order to be accepted to this seminar.

Seminar meets one Friday per month, September - May.
Tuition :  $1800.00
